| Custom
Design & Development:
Our professional
web development team can design your site from the ground up. This process
includes developing a story board, creating custom graphics and logos,
and determining the best layout for each page. Because this process involves
much more time and creative input, it is, of course, more expensive. But,
our results are both professional and creative! |

Site Programming

A cost-effective
alternative to the custom design and development process is to have Neon
Networks program a site based on your layout. To complete this process,
we ask you to provide us with a lay out chart. Each page of the site (as
shown on the chart) should be described on 8-1/2 X 11 paper and include
the following:

* Location
of logos and tool bars
* Layout and
design of tool bars
* Description
of background colors
* Layout of
any text
* Include
any photographs or logos
* Detailed
Button and text colors/design
* URL’s for
any web sites you want linked to your site.

Instructions:

* Web Links
If you want
your site linked to other web sites, the URL’s for each site must be provided
for each site.

* Scanning
Any photos/logos
already scanned must be in GIF or JPEG format. You can scan the material
or, if you prefer, we can scan your materials for you. However, once a
photograph or logo is scanned, it may not necessarily be ready for uploading,
as some reworking may be required. Reworking a scan to correct minor flaws
can take anywhere from 15 to 30 minutes. A major rework could take up to
3 to 4 hours. Once again, the choice is yours. You may do this work on
your own, request Neon Networks to upload as is, or let Neon Networks do
the rework for you.

* Preparing
Text
Text should
be in notepad format. This format is available through the accessories
programs on Windows 3.1 or Windows 95/98. Neon Networks can provide this
service. However, the typing service will be billed at our design rates,
increasing the cost of your site.

Pre-Fab
Websites:

A final option
is to select from pre-formatted template sites available from Neon Networks.
This option is great when you need a site in a hurry or you are on a tight
budget.
