Network
migration, support and installation services can be purchased by the day,
or per incident. In the case of per incidence network and hardware support,
a blended rate is used across all skill levels. If network and hardware
support rates are purchased on a per diem basis they, are billed in hour
increments. Purchased support blocks must be used in 1 calendar year from
the date of purchase.

Network / Hardware Support Per Diem
Based On A 10 Day Block -- $ 535.00/day, or $70.00 per hour, paid in advance.*
* Based on a 7.5 hour day during
regular business hours (Monday through Friday 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.) A
1 hour lunch break is not chargeable to the customer if the customer is
within 30 miles of our offices, otherwise lunch is payable at $ 15.00 per
person per day.
Travelling time is included in the
service rates if the customer is within 30 miles from our office, providing
a minimum of 1/2 day of service time is used per call. In such cases where
the customer is over 30 miles, or less than day is used for one service
incidence, we will charge $0.25 per km travelled. |
